Captur CIS 16.3 netlist not possible to import to allegro???

Hello Everyone,
We tried importing netlist generated from Orcad Capture 16.3 to Allegro 16.2,but its asking for higher version of allegro .We tried converting the schematics to lower version and tried .still its giving the same error.Please help us to resolve this ...plese
