I'm designing a portable, for non-professional use, multi-chemistry Battery Charger. The device also can be used as Programmable Power Supply. It is based on SMPS. Mains Voltage - 230VAC/50Hz, ,output power - 150W max, consumed AC power - 180W max, cos_ph =0,65-0,70 (measured, currently without PFC). According to EN61000-3-2 harmonics directive, in which class of equipment this device should be included? And also, which other EN standarts should confirm? Thanks!

I'm not sure about the harmonics standards but I'm pretty sure you will need to have PFC as it's over 75W. Also, if it has a standby mode I think it needs to take <0.5W.
