I want to simulate Cylindrical microstrip antenna using HFSS i dont know how to curve a patch on cylindrical base can any one help me is the design i am working on plzz give me help file of anisoft to design 3 d design of conformal microstrip antenna like cone also.[/img]

i want to simulate a 3 D figure with a cavity in HFSS can any body help me

You need to use something like 'Projection' feature. I am not sure where it is in HFSS, but I can create for you such a file in EMCoS Virtual AntennaLab. Attached is similar SAT file (you can load it in HFSS) - specify your dimensions, I'll generate what you need.

We can also compare simulation results, if I'll have some time to simulate it as well. What is frequency range? What you are looking for - S11, patterns? Or what publication you are referencing by this model?

I need to use HFFS. I am not sure where it is in HFSS, but I can't draw the microstrip antenna with geometrie Rectangular, please HELP ME. THANXXXXX

hi.
You can follow the procedure:
step1- both models in the same design
step2- select target object(2D or 3D) and objects to imprint(2D)
step3- select the menu item Modeler>Boolean>Imprint Projection>Along Direction.
