Can someone help me with the substitute for transistors
1) A1015 or 2SA1015
2) D545.

Its to repair an old electronic keyboard.

Hi,you can search the following transistors datasheet but i think A1015 and 2SA1015 are the same.

2SA1015 = NTE290A, 2SA495, 2SA561, 2SA564A, 2SA573, 2SA675, 2SA705, 2SA850, 2SA999, KTA1015
