I'm a beginner to RF Power Amplifier design.
I have searched for a long time. but there's no example about Power Amplifier simulation.
But I have to know a method of PA simulation on Cadence.
please tell me about a easy method.

There is a simulation package (with a free demo version) calld PSIM - especially suited for power amplifiers. Look at www.powersimtech.com.
It has a lot of examples which you can learn a lot from.

after installing Cadenc software, I read a document about spectre. but I couldn't understand easily.
so please tell me a sequence (PA simulation).
I attach sample image.(This picture isn't perfect.)
