How to interface real time clock with 8051?

That depends which way do you prefer ..
For example, MC146818 (DS12887 ..) can be connected to the 8051-derivative via the multiplexed A/D bus, whereas the DS1302 (DS1307, PCF8585 ..) can be connected via 2-pin I²C bus ..
