Hey guys,

Could you please recommend some good books that I should study for Analog/RF/Mixed signal. Both at beginner and at the advance level.

Thanks a lot!

Hi Keith,

Both for circuit design and IC design. Actually I would be going for my MS this fall so just started studying in advance!

Thanks for replying...

Hemanshu,

It is getting a bit old now, but one of my favourite books on "practical" design is The Art of Electronics by Horowitz & Hill ISBN 0521370957 That is the second edition (1989) and while there are rumours of a third edition, it never seems to appear - shame.

For IC design, I think CMOS Design, Layout & Simulation by R. Jacob Baker ISBN 0470229411 covers most things, including a lot about layout which a lot of books seem a bit short of. That is the second edition and covers sub micro design better than the first edition (which I also have). He also has a new book about mixed signal design which I am tempted to get myself.
