Looking for lower power version of Philips SA612 chip

I'm looking for lower power version of philips SA612/SA602 or similar. any one have better suggestion? the motorola MC3367 is absolete any replacement for this chip? or any mixer chip that can power at 1.5V 2mA or less, DC~200MHZ is good enough. thaks a lot!

The IIP3 of an active mixer that is working at 1.2V and 2mA is probably less than –15dBm. A small mixer that I used is MAX2680 which works at a minimum of 2.7V/5mA where the IIP3 is close to –7dBm. But the frequency range of this mixer is 400MHz up to 2.5GHz. Probably you can use down to 200MHz, but not more, because the return loss degrades.
