Need help to send bulk sms with Greek chars

Hi guys i have a problem i cant send message with Greek chars via bulk sms software probably not support Greek i can send only Latin chars messages,
can i use something in (extra initialization command) to fix it ?
using software and i think supports only 7-bit text messages.
thank you all and sorry for my bad English :)
