Hello to all!

I guess I can give some background as to what I am doing first. I am using a minimalist 'ring oscillator' circuit to blink an LED on/off at a frequency that is determined by the RC constant. Easy enough right?

Now, to signal changes in sensor state, I would like a sensor that changes R or C. I already have a device, a thermistor, that changes R with temperature. Now I would like something similar that changes R or C with pressure. One note is that the pressure sensor should accommodate a large range of pressures, from atmospheric to 6000PSI. I can't seem to find any sensors that do such a thing, and as I'm relatively new to the realm of robotics, so I figured I would ask here.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
