please help my avr program

hai,
I used pic 16F877a in my avr program. I used trans former tappings 0-160v-192v-233v-240v-280v.240v tapping is connect output.my program input adc reading it is ok .the problam is relay chattering .how rectify this problam please help me.
 

It could be the relay fault. I tell you. In my personal experience. I have found brand new ABB contactors doing chatteringt. ABB China quality is not good. I have ABB China installed in our panels. During testing, few of them begin chattering, which were all brand new. I have also listen similar complaint from few of my colleges in their older company.

Thanks for your valid replay.But this problam is not relay fault some program error i think.
