You gave no information that is useful.

What tool are you using?
What PDK are you using?

Your foundry will be able to help you better, refer to the design documents from the PDK.

I'm using Cadence IC5033, and my process is TSNC 0.18u.
is it enough?

I can give you this much from the TSMC CL018 documentation:

"The information contained herein is the exclusive property of TSMC and shall not be distributed, copied, reproduced, or disclosed in whole or in part without prior written permission of TSMC."
 
pg no 58 of your DRD... for TSMC 180nm..... specifies Seal ring rules..:)
