Simulating RF detector diode

HI guys,
I would like know who could i simulate a RF detector in ADS. here is my problem, i need to simulate a diode which i have the spice model for it. I need to plot rfin vs voltage detected at the detector end. Any one has any example tht can share with me that would be great.
