Im tryin to send sms from microcontroller via NOKIA 3310..

you have exchanged the rx and tx connections....
the connections on the controller and the mobile are correct.
But the resistor network of 2.7k(R2) and 3.3k(R3) should be between Tx(11) of microcontroller and pin 3 of mobile.
And the 2.7k resistor (R1) is to be connected between Rx(10) and pin 4 of mobile.

The mobile operates at 3V where as the controller operates at 5V
So instead of feeding the 5V output of Tx directly to mobile it is reduced to 3V with the voltage divider network

u mean to connect TXD(11) pin on microcontroller to TXD(4) pin on mobil??
 

No your circuit diagram is almost correct. Just change the position of voltage divider from RX to Tx (on microcontroller) because uC sends data at 5v and we need to lower it down to 3.3 V
