?_SMD transistor

Hi, for all.
Can anybody help me with a problem in set-top box?
It seems to me, that SMD transistor is functionless in my set-top box.
It marked NM /may be WN /. SOT23.
I couldn’t find this mark in internet’s databases.
Can anybody help me to find this type of transistors?
Thanks, best regards, walley.

Re: ?_SMD transistor

Unfortunately it will not involve 18/22V Zener, I suppose it's SMD transistor.
I am trying to find the one settopbox scheme to name DigiPal 2 TX.
Can someone help me with this?
Sincerely, Walley.

Hi,
if you dont have schematic, how are you pls so sure that its not a diode in SOT23, or has it cooper lines on all 3 pads?

It must be your TL431:), but form different producer you becomes it often with different coding.
Typical pin out is; 1/2/3 = Ref/Cath. & Anode, but it exist as R/A7C too:-(.....
As I readed, it is a typical problem with hes disturbing_ replace it with a TO 92 package.

To be shure: you can surly follow the circuiboards artwork -make reengineering, what the schema in these region of set top box is?
