IMX27 With PC-SDRAM

Hi

Recently i get sample of freescale IMX27 ARM9 processors. I want to build working evaluation board, but i am stuck to availability of low power, low voltage SDRAM to interface with IMX27.When i open my old Pentium III mainboard,i found a 168 pin SDRAM module, size is 128 MB,and the SDRAM IC used is HY57V28820HC, 4 Banks x 4M x 8bits Synchronous DRAM. From HY57V28820HC datasheet VDD min is 3.0 v and VDD max is 3.6 V,but from IMX27 electrical datasheet VDDIO max is 3.3 v and NVDD_DDR (i guest it for SDRAM VDD core parts) is max 1.9 v. So its really bad choice if i try force IMX27 to working with HY57V28820HC?.

Thanks.
