hi
i have a board that have three gyros and three accelerometers how can i use kalman filter to combine outputs of sensors?

A Kalman filter is simply an signal conditioning filter. Nothing to do with combining - that's a separate application question and set of methods.
 

The matrix equations of a kalman filter allow for multiple inputs. Each has its own "weighting" that the filter eventually solves. Get a good kalman filter book!
