power depend pin diode

hi everyone,

I need a pin diode which is sensitive with RF power signal.

what kind pin diode can meet my need.

Re: power depend pin diode

What do you mean sensitive to RF power?
A PIN diode behaves as a Current Controlled Linear Resistor.
Low RF levels theoretically do dot affect PIN diode characteristics, but if the RF is nearly equal to the DC induced charge, the forward bias resistance is not only controlled by the DC bias, but is modulated also by the RF current.

Yes,

the situation that you talk is exactly what i want.

how a pin diode can sensitive to rf power ? is that possble?

I need a pin diode that R is easier changed by rf power.

what kind pin diode or component can achieve my need?

Re: power depend pin diode

Any kind. I just mentioned, depends by the DC bias.
