CMOS LNA

What is the minimum LNA noise figure achieveable in CMOS 0.18um.

Re: CMOS LNA

I think it is almost impossible to achieve 0.9db noise with the CMOS technology, especially I mean repetition production, not experimantal samples

Re: CMOS LNA

Hello

More info need
(1) Current = ?
(2) Vdd = ?
(3) matching inductor external or on-chip?

Re: CMOS LNA

Hi,

There is a CMOS Layout training course that I have heard very positive feedback about.
The company who runs it is called IC Mask Design. It m,ght be worth checking out.:?:

Re: CMOS LNA

it really depends on technology! i tryed to port a LNA from a IBM CMOS tech, with a resonable nosie to a tech from China....crap. It never worked. The noise was 4x higher!

CMOS LNA

try tsmc.
i love tsmc.
cuz i'm from taiwan.

I love TSMC too, cuz I am from Taiwan too!
