I wanted to design a LC Oscillator for wireless communications simulation
I need a circuit that can generate frequency 2.4GHz
anyone can help?

This is an example of 2.4GHz Colpitts oscillator, which can be easily simulated in Spice. Spice model of BFP420 is available on the net.
 

Hi, can you please post the link or attach a SPICE MODEL (.mod file) for BFP420 or BFP620 please..?
