I need a schematic w/part list for a 12VDC to 220VAC, 60hz sine wave Inverter which will handle 8kw continious and a 10kw peak.
 

Oh, that's a peak current of about 1000 A (assuming a HV energy storage and no input ripple). Do you have a suitable battery to drive the inverter?

10kW is too much to drive from 12vdc. As FvM said, you'll require a peak current of about 1000A! Forgetting battery for the moment, what about the electronics. Even if the schematic is given to you, it's going to be quite difficult constructing it.
Over here, for 7.5kw inverters, 96v-120v battery banks are used.

Yes. You won't run a 10 kW inverter, even for a few minutes from less than about 10 batteries.
