Hi All my friends

Happy new year

I am working on RF MEMS Shunt Switches for my thesis , I finished with DC simulation using Coventorware.
Now I want to do RF simulation , I have access to CST microwave studio , but I am unable to do it because some errors are coming .

can you please help me.I will be very much thankful to you
 

I am doing my work on RF MEMS switches in HFSS.
Havent got any appreciable results yet.
 

i working on shunt switches too.I have a problem with my simulation a bout operation principle .The mems bridge didn't deflect to center line but it moved up.If you have another code ,you can give me or u help me to correct my code
