hi
i wanna to design a low power input DC multiplier , is there such a circuit can rise low DC voltage (mv-µv) to some volts? please help me with it

Re: help with dc multiplier(is there such a circuit rise dc

The right component is an operational amplifier.
Being the input level so low, I suggest you to use a chopper amplifier, as a ICL7650 or similar.

If you give more info i could be more accurate ( i.e. bandwidth, signal level and use, impedences, supply available, etc )

Re: help with dc multiplier(is there such a circuit rise dc

hi
thanks for the reply

the use of the circuit is in mobile phone charger for a college project . the input power source is from an antenna and then rectify it and then supply it to the circuit , the power level is too low(about 500mv or less) . the only important thing is raise the voltage , but the voltage is DC. the bandwidth is mobile phone frequencies band . the use of the circuit is to charge a mobile battery without power input (by using the power of EM in space) .if there is such a circuit to raise the DC voltage help me with it . if not , what is the alternative solution?

The level is too low to recharge a battery.
The level needed should be so high that it will cause some problems to humans due to the electric field.
Anyway increasing a voltage of 500 mV is very difficult, also consider that when you double the voltage , the current is half ( even less due the efficency of the circuit ) being the power constant.
Better way to use a solar panel ( even little ) to gain some watt of power.

hi
thanks for reply but i don't want to use any other power sources ,even a solar panel do you can help me with that?
