Doubt on Differential Pair

In my application am using the Speaker and MIC.Which has the plus and minus Signals.Is there any need to route these signals as Differential pair .Mostly we will route the differential pairs for digitals ..

hi
the differential pair routing will help in cancelling out noise impact. so, even if it is analog signal we can use differential pair. i.e., the reason why we usually route the inputs of an op-amp as differential pair.
