i hve finished BE[ece] 2009 pased out.nw doing m.techvlsi design.i am very much interested in vlsi companies.pls anybody inform me is there any job openings.pls help me and sugesst how i hve 2 aprroach those companies.

Look on TI, Maxim, Philips, Synopsys, Cadence, Mentor Graphcis, Magma companies websites. Some of them are hiring.
