help the PLL of PV system 3 phase connect to grid

I have simulated the PV system connect to grid help me the feedback PLL to control the inverter 3phase 2 level (6 IGBT/diode)

Parts of the below paper can be helpful in building a PLL to extract the fundamental of a three-phase grid.
Other parts, e.g. the tunable filter aren't neccessarily required in my opinion. The interesting point is how to design the
phase comparator for a quadrature (alpha-beta) transformed three-phase signal.
