Hi all!

I would like to know if anyone has any circuit for converting frequency to a voltage signal.

Can I perform this conversion with the AD7740 V/f converter IC? And if yes, how should it be configured to achieve this? I have not found any schematic for this.

lm2907 or lm2917 are good there are several circuits in the datasheet choose the one suits you i have tried all.
if you need more help give your spects of the design

lm331 also good

thank you both for your help. I was already aware of the LM2907/LM2917 and the LM331, but the problems with these ICs is that :

1) the LM331 has no other package than the PDIP and this package cannot be used at my project (only surface mount packages are preferable)

2) the LM2907/LM2917 seem to have big power consumption. But in this point, I am probably wrong. It is not stated clearly in the data sheet, but can be read that it is max 25mA, which is totally unacceptable for the project.

That's why I preferred to used the AD7740, which seems to have lower power consumption than the above mentioned ICs and is available in surface mounted packages.
