H bridge using Maim family eg. MAX5062 or Max15018 problem

Hi,
Does any body try already to work with these chips to implement H-Bridge?
I have build a circuit - but it doesn't work.
Also the datasheet to my opinion is very poor.
These chips are half bridge, and I am trying to build full bridge.
Attached schematic.
My questions:
1. Can this circuit work without PWM? (just DC values)
2. Does this circuit can drive the high side, without mosfet on board (meaning I can measure DC voltage above my Motors DC high voltage?
