please help me in making DC-DC buck converter

Hi all,
I have made a buck converter with the pulse widh modulator IC (SG3524) , I have used the output of this IC in N-channel MGD driver , and with this I have used IGBT in buck converter configuration. Now my problem is that the output of the buck converter is not stable. please help me I have urgent need of this dc-dc converter.

I am also uploading the cicuit diagram.
