at^siso error

hi,
what may be the reason for getting continuous error while trying to open gprs connection using at^siso.........when i try to open again without closing the connection using at^sisc, it shows error every time. I m not saying i get error every time when i open but frequency of getting error is very high. So for proper operation i have to close the connection and wait for some time and then try to connect then only i get success. But i dont have that much time.
Please give some suggestion on this.i m using MC55 gsm/gprs module and PIC18F2520 controller in vehicle tracking system.

ANY ONE........
may be it is due to server which is not responding good enough/traffic congestion in the network or the gsm network in your area is weak.
.....................but some time the response is very good but the next day.....sucks.....

one of the problem i m thinking is....if more then one system try to access the same server then the possibility of getting error is high. what happen if i try to access the server when it is currently use by other?????????
