design HB filter with fdatool

hello ,
i am a student in the high school of telecommunication of tunis and we are supposed to abord a the csd decimation as a project so the first task we are needed to do is to design a HB filter with fdatool .
the standard that we are working for is UMTS and the frequency is 200mhz ,so after passing by the sinus cardinal filter the frequency is reduced to 50Mhz and when passing by the HB filter the frequency is going to be 25MHz.
i need really your help because it is my first project working with fdatool (matlab)and xilinx.
