Hi all
I'm taking an RFIC course and we have this Cadence design kit from NCSU. I'm wondering if the kit could be used for ADS simulation as well because I will need to do some harmonic balance simulations.

I'm trying to figure how to setup the dynamic link with our CAD engineering here but on the hand, I've wondering if it will work if I just type all parameters from the spectre model file into the ADS BSIM3 MOSFET model?

Anyone has experience on that?

Thanks a bunch
