My Op Amp (non-inverting) does not work. I see the function generator signal on the oscilloscope channel 1 but I dont see a sine wave output of the opamp on channel 2.

Any help is appreciated.......

Your power supplies are backwards. +12V has to be on pin 8. -12V on pin 4. Correct the circuit and give it a try. I checked it. It works.

Gain (AV)=1+10000/1000 = 10

My Vin measured with o-scope is 400mV although my function generated is set to 100mVp (sine wave), 1kHz.....

My Vout is 4.4 volts

How am I getting 400mV for Vin, when my function generator is set to 100mVp?

XFG1 is bipolar. You need to ground the middle output called "common". The setting is 100mVp, which means that, after connecting common to ground, you will have an amplitude of 200mVp-p (peak to peak).
