Hi I am new to Synopsys tools and I need them to perform parassitc extraction with Star RCXT. Looking at the different options it seems to me that the easiest way is to built a MW database running Hercules on a gds and a spice netlist.
I have been able to perform DRC and LVS (with the option to extract view).
Finally my LVS passes but I have a residual DRC error that I don't understand.
It is a PATHCHECK error that says I don't have connections to supply and ground.
I guess it is related to lables on the gds because in the Hercules Deck it lists all possible names of ground and supplies, still I labeled my gds but the eroor is still there. I think I cannot ignore it because when after I try to run Star it tells me that there are no connections to ground although I still have to work on the Star mapping file for TSMC 0.25um.
Does anybody know how to solve PATHCHECK errors and also how to write properly the mapping file for star?
Thank you all in advance.

Now, I am facing with NET PATHCHECK ERR as I mentioned. Did you solve this problem ?
