I have coded a avr programme in avrstudio 1.24e.and download it in codevision.but it tell me that "chip signature mismatch read:byte0=7fh
byte1=7fh,byte2=7fh.must be :byte0=1eh,byte1=93h,byte2=01h".but
I can download the programme to at90s8515 just an hour ago.I will
be grateful if you can tell me what is the matter

now you can download new version of AVR studio and try it

byte2=01h mismatch

You can downlosd the latest series of AVRStudio,the 4th version.It's enjoyfull to work with it.it has more library than before

signatur mismatch avr

I often use CodeVision AVR. And I see this software is easier to use than the AVR studio. Best regards

chip signature mismatch codevision

IAR AVR can't leave AVRStdio for simulation.
