shunt regulator 60v

I need a 1.25V banggap with voltage supply 6-60V.
also psrr small than 80db(dc)

i think i need a pre-regulator circuit .

who can give me some advice or papers about this
tks

Right. As most bandGap ICs are rather low power devices, a simple resistor - zener diode combination should do.

BTW: Such questions (nothing common with Analog IC Design & Layout) should better be asked .

yes, a simple resistor-zener is ok

but zener usually need a extra mask. and not all process support this device.

Oh, you actually thought of on-chip regulation, sorry!

In this case you could use a chain of forward-operated diodes (n * Vf) instead of the zener.
For the (up to) 60V input pad you can't use the standard ESD protection, of course.

Use an isolated resistor feed, and a shunt regulator
topology? Look at old Linear Tech or National data
books from back when they used to publish schematics.
You will need an output transistor capable of the max
current ((VCCmax-1.25V)/Rfeed) and a total circuit draw
less than min current but that looks like only a decade
of range to me, not a problem.
