how to make full duplex rf system

I want to make a RF based full duplex audio and text communication system
plz can anyone help me

for a full duplex communication in wireless you have to either use two different frequency channels
or you can use CDMA technique

now select the technique and fond the hardware regarding that

bt i have searched some transreceiver which wants SPI interface now i need some help for connecting microphone to the spi plz help me out
