rtl code manual

Hi All,

I am in need of a verilog code for multiplier or adder with latch function.
(Neglect bit number and type.)

If any one of you has the code, please upload it.
 

Re: RTL code

The RTL code is synthesized into gate-level netlist.
Then analysis of the timing by Primetime.
