Changing layer for same connection in ORCAD

Hi everyone,

I need to know ,let suppose while routing the connection in bottom layer
we change the layer in TOP for the same connection, the point at which we
change the layer a circular drill occur at the same point how will i minimize the
size of that drill so that it has the same width the track have.
