psub not connected to vss

thx in advance.

Re: assura lvs

Either these connections are really missing, or you have a pb. either with the extract- or with the compare rules. May be your vdd, vcc, vss aren't known as global signals?

assura lvs

i have two powers supply AVDD33 and AVDD 18.. can i declare any voltages as global supply.?? if yes how can we do i t on assura...

thx.

Re: assura lvs

Yes, any. Not in assura, but in the Cadence Virtuosa schematic. Just append a "!" to your power supply nets, i.e. AVSS33! , AVDD18! , AGND! (or how you name it). Then extract and LVS once more, the LVS then should recognize your substrate and well taps.
