which transistor for class e pa?

Hello, i want to simulate a cmos class E power amplifier in 0.18um processes with ADS
but i dont know how i can select the transistor and when i select transistor type and number is there exist in ADS?

class e pa

-Class-E amplifiers are switch mode amplifiers therefore you should select the transistor which will have low Rds ,low Cds and Cdg,high Ft but the Drain surface will able to carry the drain current. There are some trade-offs between these parameters but there should be an optimum one.
-Second thing is that, simulating Class-E amplifiers in ADS environment is not a very good choice because HB method that you will use has some contraints in switched mode operation because of some ringing errors and sampling errors.Instead, Cadence transient simulation is better then you can see the harmonics and other spurious by doing FFT.
-I recommend you to read this book before starting your design.

Switchmode RF Power Amplifiers -Andrei Grebbenikov,Nathan O. Sokal ( inventor of Class-E amplifiers)

tanx for ur help
can i download this book from net?
i will be glad if u tell me more of ur exprince about designing class E PA.

Added after 11 minutes:

i find the link for the book that u recommended:D
i dont have cadence and i heard it works under linux OS but my OS is windows xp
u think i cant achieve good result in ADS?

ADS may give you a roughly information about functionality of the amplifier. ( in fact, if you do your HB simulations precisely, you can get quite accurate results but this is a little bit time consuming and it has some potantially convergence tricks). But in any time domain simulator ( after that FFT) will give you accurate and fast results.

As BigBoss said, it's important to have low Rds, low Cds and low Cgs.

But if you have a large size transistor (in that case working as switch) it haves Large Cds and Large Cgs and low Rds. If you have small size transistor it haves Large Rds and low Cds and Cgs. So it's all just a matter of experimenting.

I don't know if you are using UMC 0,18 um or TSMC o,18 um.

I'm using UMC and my ADS results for a Switch Mode PA are quite similiar as the CADENCE, so you don't have to worry.
