single-ended, diff, odd, even impedances

hi

what is the relationship between the single-ended, diff, odd, even impedances ?

i know Z_diff=2*Z_odd.
but Z_se= ???? is it equal to even mode impedance?

With the TNT MMTL program, I get even and odd mode impedances, not diff and se.
