Hi........

I am new in tools for making Layout.

can u suggest any tutorial to study whole flow till fabrication?

I am using UMC library and making layout in Mentor Graphics+IC Flow.

For the ASIC flow you can refer :

For the DRC .. check the log file and see if the path for the rule file is set properly..
and if it is accessing the needed technology file.
