Circuit diagram of LM324 driving a MOSFET

I have had a lot of burnt Mosfets while prototyping an inverter. If found that the culprit was the drive. I read elsewhere in this forum to use an LM324 opamp (thanks to him or her). Sure enough it solved my problem. Having tried many other op-amps, i found that only Lm324 works best (at lest at 50/ 60Hz)

any body have a good hand on High frequency drivers?? I have had a lot of burnt Mosfets trying.
 

Try the IRF's IRF211X series of driver : **broken link removed**
