How to set QBreakP or QBreakN in PSPICE?

Unlike the MOS transistor, I am curious about how to configure this BJT transistor. In the property attribute of this device, area is the parameter set by user. What this area mean? In datasheet, I cannot find it, only the parameter like IS , VAF , BF, etc. is known. How can I custom multi QBreakP instances with the different Is, VAF, BF, and etc？ I thought “Edit Spice Model” will change all the instances to have the same parameter. What shall I do?
