cst mw studio 5

hello Dear,
when i simulated antenna in layered bio media then there are some error produced in cst software which are as follows?
"Memory resources exhusted...solver stopped to solve matrix...program aborted"
please tell me how can i remove this error?
one more error:
" the waveport is not homogenous within the three mesh cells"
plz tell me its solution...

cst studio allocating memory

hi

well i presume that bio matter which u are modeling may have a very high permitivity so your wavelength must be very small as as CST meshing is based on wavelength so no of mesh cells needed to model your structures must so hight that your computer memory is not enough to store the processing data.
solution : you may try to decrease the mesh density at the expense of accuracy

regarding port issue. make sure you have at least 3 mesh lines in the longitudinal direction of your port.

i hope this helps u

It think so. But if he decrease the mesh density, he may be resolved problem with memory, but he will have problem with port - 3 mesh lines. So he must change design around the port.

Re: help CST MW studio

hi

yes i agree .

he has to use local meshing to increase meshing near the port region only

regards

Re: help CST MW studio

thank you all of you ...
now my problem is resolved but accuracy is not very good.
