Help with state table

Hello all,
I wonder if you guys maybe can help me out with this small problem,

The two lines in the state-table i dont understand how to fill it.
I doesn't understand how to think.

1 0 - Try it out------------

Hints: the transition labeled with "a" can be written as
bBARa + ba
