Can you design a programmer for PSOC controller?

my first Psoc controller

Hi folks i just aquired a psoc controller frm cypress semiconductor. Its the basic 8pin CY8C27143 . I would like to know if it is posible to make our own programmer to proram it. Wat protocol does it use to program SPI or some sort of ISP.
