how can i read 24c16 with 16f628?
i use assembler. Can you help me please?
I want to read 6 byte sequential adress in eeprom. :lol: :lol:

Take a look at the software of a magnetic card reader i have posted here:

It uses a 24C16 connected to a 16F84 programming language is MPASM.

thanks but i do not find any code about my subject.
I want to make a printer and i have a printer mechanism.
Only i want to read eeprom with pic 16f628 for font storage.

24c16 + pic

you can also use picbasic compiler pro
it is a basic compiler very easy to use
you can get manuals and info at https://www.melabs.com
 

24c16 reader

Yuo can use CCS pic compiler, There is build-in driver for EEPROM 24CXXX.
