How can i read thr GPS data by Microcontroller?

Hallo,

I use trimple copernicus GPS Rx and i want to sent its output to Microcontroller through UART port . Gps output is ASCII i want to read this ASCII by Microcontroller to make some operation on it.

i don't no there is an C-function do this or what?

please repaly me.

Just read the data from GPS device's TX using microcontroller's RX. That's it!
